Shoppers pay you directly. Charges land on your own Stripe account with our fee taken on top, which makes your business the merchant of record and puts your name on the statement. Stripe’s own processing fees are billed to you, because the charge is yours.
It also means we cannot hold your payouts, delay them, or decide to stop. There is no balance of yours sitting on our side of the arrangement.
